Privacy Policy

What information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Last updated: September 27, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how 1DMI LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company located in Sheridan, Wyoming, collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from our website, 1dmi.com.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and billing address when you place an order or contact us.
  • Payment Information: A third-party payment processor handles card payments. Our order records can include payment status, transaction identifiers, card brand and last four digits.
  • Order Information: Products purchased, order history, and product details.
  • Device & Technical Information: IP address, browser type and version, time zone, cookie information, the pages and products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the site, collected automatically when you visit.
  • Communication Data: Contact details, messages, quote requests, uploaded specifications, support correspondence and communication preferences you provide.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and fulfill your orders and arrange shipping
  • Communicate with you about your order status and shipping updates
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Send order confirmations and invoices
  • Screen orders for potential fraud
  • Improve and optimize our website and services
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Respond to build specifications and quote requests, and manage communication preferences

4. Information Sharing

We disclose information to support the services described below, including optional Google advertising and analytics. We may share your information with:

  • Payment Processing: Payment processors receive payment and transaction information to process your payments.
  • Shipping Carriers: UPS and other carriers to deliver your orders.
  • Website and Records: Vercel hosts the site, and a libSQL/Turso database stores business records such as orders, quotes and messages.
  • Email Delivery: Resend delivers site-generated email, including order and quote messages.
  • Measurement: Google receives information for the optional advertising and analytics described below, subject to your browser privacy choices.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, or to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other lawful requests, or to protect our rights.

5. Behavioral Advertising & Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand site use and Google Ads to measure advertising results. These optional services may receive device information, page interactions and advertising click identifiers. Google may use this information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on. For more information about targeted advertising, visit the Network Advertising Initiative.

Your privacy choices

You can turn off optional Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking in this browser. This does not disable your cart, quotes, chat or payment processing. Your choice applies to this browser, not other devices.

No saved choice. Optional tracking may run on public pages.

We honor Global Privacy Control for these optional tags. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choice; an active Global Privacy Control signal still turns these tags off. For other privacy requests, email sales@1dmi.com.

6. Data Security

Card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Please do not send full card numbers or passwords by email, chat or a quote form. No website or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Retention depends on the type of record, the order or service involved, and applicable legal, accounting, tax and dispute-resolution requirements. A deletion request does not necessarily remove records that must be retained for those purposes. Contact us about the information associated with your request; we do not promise immediate removal from every record or backup.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Request a copy of your information in a portable format, where applicable
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Opt out of optional advertising and analytics using the privacy choices on this page

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at sales@1dmi.com. Include the type of request and enough information to locate the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent's authority before providing or changing personal information. Do not send sensitive identity documents unless specifically requested through an agreed secure method. If you disagree with a response, reply to the same address with “Privacy appeal” so we can review it, including any appeal rights available under applicable law.

9. Email Choices

Contact sales@1dmi.com to ask us to stop promotional email or update your communication preferences. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not stop necessary messages about an order or request.

10. CCPA (California Residents)

Where the CCPA applies, California residents have rights to know, access, correct, port and request deletion of Personal Information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Optional advertising may involve sharing under applicable privacy laws. Use the choices on this page to turn off the site's optional Google tags. This choice is available without an account. To exercise these rights, or to designate an authorized agent to do so on your behalf, contact us at sales@1dmi.com.

11. Children's Privacy

Our site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at sales@1dmi.com so we can investigate and address the request.

12. Cookies

We use cookies and browser storage for functions such as cart contents, chat continuity, payment, saved preferences and optional measurement. Optional measurement can use advertising click identifiers and conversion records. Some storage lasts for a browsing session; other storage persists until it expires or is cleared. The privacy choices above turn off optional Google tags without turning off necessary commerce functions. Blocking all storage in your browser may affect those functions.

13. Browser Privacy Signals

Global Privacy Control (GPC) turns off the site's optional Google advertising and analytics, even if this browser previously allowed them. GPC is different from the older Do Not Track signal, which this site does not use to change its behavior. Choices apply to this browser; use the contact above for requests concerning other business records.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
