Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on us, and once your return is received we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all included hardware and documentation, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
No restocking fee. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you need a different part number or received a product that does not match your order, contact us to arrange an exchange.
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging
- Exchanges are subject to availability
- Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be charged or refunded accordingly
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at no charge.

- Describe the defect and provide photos if possible
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion
- Return shipping on defective products is covered by 1DMI
Shipping Damage
Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ship a replacement.
- Inspect the exterior packaging for visible damage before signing for delivery
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt
- Keep all original packaging materials

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they ship for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our return process above.
- Before shipment: Full refund issued to original payment method
- After shipment: Order cannot be cancelled; initiate a return once delivered
