Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is on us, and once your return is received we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all included hardware and documentation, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

No restocking fee. We do not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you need a different part number or received a product that does not match your order, contact us to arrange an exchange.

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request an exchange
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • Any price difference between the original and exchanged product will be charged or refunded accordingly

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at no charge.

  2. Describe the defect and provide photos if possible
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion
  4. Return shipping on defective products is covered by 1DMI

Shipping Damage

Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and ship a replacement.

  1. Inspect the exterior packaging for visible damage before signing for delivery
  2. Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
  3. Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  4. Keep all original packaging materials
  5. Contact us within 48 hours at (945) 277-5614 or sales@1dmi.com

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they ship for a full refund. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our return process above.

  • Before shipment: Full refund issued to original payment method
  • After shipment: Order cannot be cancelled; initiate a return once delivered
  • Order modifications: Contact us as soon as possible at (945) 277-5614
