Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to United States orders. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.
A. Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time
Generally, shipments are in transit for 4–5 business days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time is 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next business day.
Order handling time is 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We ship via UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
D. Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at sales@1dmi.com or (945) 277-5614.
E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible and we will cancel your order for a full refund. If an order has already shipped, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
F. Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier if possible and contact us immediately. If the parcel was delivered without you being present, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
