1DMI specializes in replacement contact kits, coils, contactors, rebuild kits, and dry-type transformers. We are not an authorized distributor of Eaton, Cutler-Hammer, Trane, or any other manufacturer listed on this site. We offer aftermarket, third-party, and reconditioned solutions.

- 30-Day Returns: We accept standard-item returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition and packaging.
- Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will repair, replace, or refund defective items at no charge.
- Shipping Damage: Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging.
- Order Cancellation: Standard orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, please initiate a return.
Custom-built items cannot be cancelled after production starts. Custom return eligibility, shipping charges and warranty terms are stated in your quote before payment. These terms do not change rights already agreed for existing orders or rights required by law.

Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to 1DMI LLC or its respective owners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
